Frank and Denise Crossin began pastoring the Apostolic Revival Church in July of 1998. Both Frank and Denise graduated from Gateway College of Evangelism, now known as Urshan College, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology and an Associates degree in Christian Education. They served as youth pastors and Bible study coordinators at the Pentecostals of Troy from 1992 until 1998.

Frank and Denise are proud of their three beautiful daughters, one son-in-law and their first grandson, Calvin. Brittany (Logan), Maranda and Raquel are all a very active part in the church. God, family and the church are the priorities of the Crossin family and have built their lives around serving the families of ARC and the Highland community.
